SusPlast (www.susplast-csic.org) is an Interdisciplinary Platform for Sustainable Plastics towards a Circular Economy launched by the Spanish Research Council (CSIC) aiming to develope research and innovation activities, including socio-educational strategies, in the field of plastic production processes and their recycling, in order to implement plastics management based on a circular economy. The platform is coordinated from CIB-CSIC.
EnzOx2 contribution to the platform is based on the development of an enzymatic technology to obtain plastic precursors of biomass origin.
